Business plan for expansion of company’s operations with commercial use of the Internet
Objective
QPrint is a company, which delivers modern printing services to business and private clients. The consultancy project’s objective was to develop a business plan for expansion of the current company’s business activity to an area of new services* based on commercial use of the Internet.
* The new services are being developed and more detailed description of the project will be possible when new services are available on the market.
Methods
For the business plan development the company analysis was performed including evaluation of production and financial potential, market position and managerial skills (SWOT analysis). Competition analysis of new services was also done on the Polish and global market, taking into account similar services in the most developed countries. Based on the analysis a detailed description of a new business was prepared, including cost estimate and methods of financing the investment. A marketing plan for introduction of the new services to the market was also developed, including such issues as competition, service delivery and logistics, pricing and promotion. Creation of a partnership network was also proposed and its development described in details.
Result
Business plan for expansion of QPrint business by offering a new range of services based on commercial use of the Internet was a result of the project. The document constitutes a basis for finding an appropriate financing for the development of new services. It is also a valuable guidance on how to deliver the services to the market so, that they contribute to further company growth and strengthening its position on the market.
