Methods
The basis of our operations is knowledge and its constant enrichment, through which we can better satisfy the needs of our customers. Our human capital includes konwledgeable individuals educated in renowned universities both domestically and abroad. Additionally, should such a need arise, we can request the assistance of scientific personnel from, for example, the Warsaw University of Technology or the Warsaw School of Economics.
Each of our projects benefits from the attention of experts from a wide range of disciplines: economists, managment consultants, programmers, analysts, graphic artists and animators, mathematicians and optimisation specialists.
Each project is overseen by a project manager, who is responsible for communication with the customer, and who ensures that the project is completed by an agreed deadline and manifests results of superior quality. We use international standards for the realisation of our concultancy projects, including continuous monitoring and periodical progress reports, risk analysis and management, ensuring that we meet our mutual targets within the agreed time and budget.
