Small and medium enterprises (SME)
At JMC we trasfer our knowledge and experience from large projects performed for corporate clients to the sector of small and medium sized enterprises. Our projects for SMEs consist of the construction and development of business models and their implementation using the newest infromation technologies.
Projects for SMEs must take into account the special charactaristics of the market behaviour of these firms - they are especially flexible, industrious and innovative. These characteristics are essential for SMEs to allow them to adapt to changing market conditions. Hence JMC develops very flexible and scalable solutions, which are applicable to the SMEs present and future situations.
JMC is a firm accredited by PARP (Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości; Polish Agency for Enterprise Development) to undertake projects supported by the agency, with EU funding. In this capacity JMC has completed consultancy projects (including the design of business plans for specific companies), and in some cases implemented IT solutions.
Our projects for QPrint and ArtGraph serve as good examples of our work for SMEs. In the former case our challenge was to provide consultancy and a business plan for the company's entry into new sectors, utilising advanced Internet technologies. In the latter case we were asked to develop an eterpreneurial conception of the business, followed by the design and implementation of the software to enact this conception. We have also carried out projects for MGT Group, MTDC, MS Projekt, Firma 2000, and others.
We understand well the business specifics for small and medium sized companies through, among others, our personal experience in the Technology Park in Oulu, Finland, which is the home of approximately 200 companies. SMEs can thus feel secure in our care, and be confident that we understand their business position and the market dynamics - and we are willing to offer our services to improve your position on this market.
